Before joining the R.U. Moral Architecture, Buddy spent much of his professional time working abroad. After years of practice in Japan and Malaysia, where he has been an Architectural Designer for eleven years, Pablo, or Buddy,” as he is more fondly called, came back to the Philippines to join one of the country’s top Architectural firms, Palafox Associates, and eventually become one of it’s Senior Associates. Due to expansion, he was made a Director of the Palafox Architecture Group, which he headed for three years until he founded ARRIS and is now the firm’s Principal Architect.

Buddy has a long and diverse career in the fields of Architecture, planning, and Environmental Design. Some of his projects include the redevelopment of the Manila Polo Club; the redevelopment of the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial in Taguig and Cabanatuan; and the fifty-four-story DBP Green Building in the Bonifacio Global City. During his early years, he was a consultant for a construction firm and joined the Technological Institute of the Philippines as a professor. This is also where he graduated with a Degree in BS Architecture. He is a licensed Architect and a Certified Berde Professional
