Raffy, in his lengthy years of varied experiences in Architectural structure, design and building technologies, caters to both local and international setting. His name has teamed-up with different groups involve with projects such as international airports, convention and exhibition center, chains of retail stores, malls and restaurants, High-rise and Mid-rise condominiums both residential and commercial, as well-as institutions like hotels, hospitals and school projects.

His work revolves around Project Construction Drawing Management, QA & QC on project and construction documents, addressing RFIs and manual hand drafting drawings are just few of his expertise. Some of his great works are: Malaysia’s BERJAYA STAR CITY PROJECT; Singapore’s SOGO PARAGON, CARREFOUR SUPERMARKET and CARLTON HOTEL, SUNTEC CITY PROJECT, TERMINAL 1 & 2 – CHANGI AIRPORT SINGAPORE; while in the USA, there’s MCDONALDS RESTAURANT CORP., DOHA State of Qatar and Al Khobar, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA are Complex ROYAL PROJECTS of PALACES, FRIDAY MOSQUES, RESIDENTIAL VILLAS and MILITARY BARRACKS SCHOOLS. Before his stint in the international arena, Raffy was a senior job captain at WV Coscolluela & Associates, Arcenas Payumo, Andrews Architects (APA.A) and Simon S. Garrovillas & Associates, both as Sr. Design Draftsman. Raffy was with LP Pariñas Architects + Associates (LPPA) as Senior Associate Architect 2 before venturing and establishing his own architectural and design services firm.
